Let's say I want to make a website about downloading a game that hasn't come out yet. Or maybe an HD version of a movie that is still new... Is that legal? I mean, I know cops won't be coming knocking on my door, but the question is, can I get in trouble or maybe even have my website taken down if I do that.

The question is for me, because I'd like to create a multi-niche website. But I just wanna know if it's worth my time.

Erh let me guess. Its blackhat and Misleading content. police can knock on your door if its serious shit. And if copy right, you will recieve an DMCA Complaint, At no cost dont fuck with them , just remove the site and shut it down
