I have a website that is over a year old. Currently it has 94 posts. If i delete the posts, except 10 and do seo on them. Will i be able to rank or just be wasting my time or should i just buy a new domain?

Aged domain really help bro, and why would you want to delete some pages, indexing count is a part of ranking factor too.

Why not? Leave it and go for it. Also no need to delete posts unless they have copied content.

Indeed as people UP said aged domains are more liked by Google, but of course this domain should contain some valuable content like articles (but of course that are somehow connected to this site) and those should be NOT copied :)
