Sure, just build some HQ email newsletters with targeted interests and niches.

I don't recommend to scrape email addresses.

Only you know the interests of your audience and the niches you want to target, so I recommend you to split test the offers (mixed desktop and mobile, PIN submit vs. email submit, CPA vs. affiliate [Amazon]).

If you're going to use Amazon affiliate links, please mask them, because some people don't click Amazon links.

Just out of curiosity OP, how often do you open, read and click links in emails sent at random? I doubt that skill set will have a high conversion rate.

I have been monetizing data (email) using PPL (pay per lead...lead generation) offers for over 16 years. Done right it can be extremely profitable.

I heavily promote PPL offers because there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All the user has to do is fill out a form. So conversion rates are typically much higher than offers that require a sale to be made.

I don't recommend scraping data. You will typically end up many bounces and spam traps. You also don't have permission to send to the users and scraping isn't can-spam compliant.

I acquire what is referred to as 3rd party data. This is data that the users have provided permission to receive messages from third parties and is 100% can-spam compliant, as long as you follow the other can-spam requirements.

You can buy fresh / targeted data that is 3rd party and target the users with a relevant offer to what they are requesting info on or shown an interest in.

I favor offers that have a make, get or save money benefit to them. This is what has overall worked the best for me and tends to have the greatest mass appeal (will be of interest to a very large general audience). So the potential to produce high volume exists and it is fairly easy to cross promote offers.

Some verticals I have done extremely well with are: insurance, education, debt, credit, loans, mortgage, assistance, discount offers, homeowner offers, etc...

The bulk of the offers I promote pay $20-$40 per lead, but I also send offers that pay more and less. However, the price that an offer pays out is not the sole key determining factor as to it's potential profitability. You also have to test and see how well it converts, which can be more important than what it pays. For example, you could have an offer that pays $9 and if it converts at 2X or better compared to a $20 offer, it will perform about the same or possibly even better. At the same time you could have an offer that pays $90, but if it converts poorly, it may not even be worth running.

When you get data it will be based on a specific vertical. So when I get data for life insuranceI send a life insurance offer. If I get data for education, I send an education offer, etc...

Each record will have a data source URL...where the data was generated from. You want to test the sources individually and find which data sources perform the best and promote the good sources and ditch the poor sources.

Also, you want to segment your opens / clickers and remove the unresponsive users. That way you will be building smaller but more responsive lists and eventually be able to send less and make more with each mailing. Essentially you are converting the data from quantity to quality.

Basically, I'm monetizing data using PPL offers because they offer the path to least resistance to generating conversions / $$$ and converting the data into cash producing assets.

There is a lot more that goes into all of this but done right it works better than anything else (IMO). Everyone that I know that is in the business and knows what they are doing, for the most part, does 6-7 figures. While that is a huge range, much comes down to one's ability to scale and effectively manage / build the infrastructure needed to scale.

It's not for everyone, but something to think about.
