It is really simple but you need to replace the whole blogger template with your HTML Code, but there is a little trick that not many People realize actually exists, let me show you...

Log in to Blogger and create a new Blog (or edit an existing one) it doesn't matter what Posts are on it because they won't be seen anyway.

1. In your list of Blogs where it says My Blogs click the TITLE of the Blog you want to work with.

2. Down the left hand side there are some options, click Template.

3. Scroll all the way down the Page.

4. Click the orange Revert to classic templates Link.

5. Click the blue Revert to classic template Link.

6. Scroll down again until you see Edit Template HTML.

7. Click inside the Box with the HTML Code in it and press Ctrl+A on your Keyboard.

8. Now press Delete or your Keyboard.

9. Paste your new HTML Code into the Box.

10. Click Save template.

And that's it, you can edit the template any time you like by following steps 6 - 10.

You might want to remove the Blogger Nav Bar that's at the top, to do this put the following line at the top of your HTML Code...

Code:
<style type="text/css">#navbar-iframe{ height:0px;visibility:hidden;display:none}</style>

Well I hope this helps and Thanks is appreciated but never forced :)
