How Can This video rank higher than me ?

Hello guys ! So today i was taking a look on one of my niches and i noticed that a video with 215 views , 3 likes is ranked higher than mine , which got 41 k Views , 258 Likes , 200 Fb Likes , 230 Shares and 1,3 K Backlinks . Also , I noticed that that video has no keywords !!!!! Check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKSZ5RMS0WM . And also , It title isint targeting my keyword ! . Any suggestions ?

i think that it is blasting video with backlinks for every keyword he think of and backlinks still aren't indexed
