Hostwinds SPAM notification

Hello, i got two clients abuse today:

We have been notified of SPAM e-mail being sent from your account, you are required to provide a response within 24 hours acknowledging the issue, stating your plan of action for resolution.

Malware scans are available upon request.

Below is a transcript of the complaint we have received.

What i need to do to get rid of these messages?

best is to try and talk with their support team what exactly is this and what are possible ways to fix it
