Hitleap is not capable of passing the 301+ barrier unfortunately, at least as per my experience. Via Hitleap you get low quality traffic which is not fit enough to cross 301.

Cheers!

put your video on your website or a blog with auto-play, before that submit the page to hitleap without the video, when it's done add the video as i said, now send traffic to the page with the video on auto-play every time the page is loaded the video will be read and youtube will count the view as it's from outside site or something.
i was able to passe the +301 views in one week. and the video is still running for 4 months now and it's ranked 2nd in the SERP.
Good luck to you and keep this thread so you can tell me the result and if it's working.

thanks for the reply :) . i did this 1 week ago , i used blogger to embed my video to my blogger and as you said i made it autoplay , it worked perfectly ! but the only thing that didn't work is the views ^^' , there was 0 views thought hitleap said there's about 150 hits (60 seconds) . maybe if i try it with wordpress/hosted website it will count ?

it shouldn't be counted from hitleap, as you did embed the video in your blog.
check the traffic source in your blog and you'll find Hitleap, your video stats should show you most of views from Embed.

you can use the redirection and send the traffic directly from hitleap through the blog, but you should be careful if your account is not PVA.
