High Paying Offers?

So today I got accepted into MaxBounty. Before today, I was using Incentive marketing with CPAgrip/CPAlead.

Upon looking at MaxBounty's offers, I instantly noticed that all of them are very high paying. Like $30~ for a 1 page submit, no credit card. Things like that.

My question is, how can the advertisers afford these types of campaigns? I mean if they're paying $30 for a one page submit, what do they get out of this?

They get their email so they can mass spam them with shit offers. They probably earning over $100 per sign up.

And i'm also thinking of getting accepted there. How was the phone conversation?

That kinds of offers are health, insurance offers which coverts on 1$ trial or free trial but after trial period your user will be charged like 30$+ dollars per month without any notification. Usually newbie friendly networks like MaxBounty pays less for offers compared to some other strict networks.

They just asked what kind of things you've promoted on the past and how you promote them. Also they ask what you plan to promote on MaxBounty. Whole conversation lasted about 5 minutes
