Help me to start with your advice!

Hi everyone!!! Can someone give me an advice how to find a really good offers.
For example i have 20 periscope accounts and i can make a good target traffic like 80000 shows in a day. And i can use only one tool - offer link and a short advertising description. Maybe someone can help with advice to me, wich kind of offer i need to choose (Mobile installs, adult offers, site registrations...)? i really dont know wich kind of offers will have high conversion rate in my situation. I just want to earn 20 dollars in a day. If someone use the same publisher methods, pls help me to start... Also advice me a good CPA network in my publisher way (but it must have easy registration, because i cant make a phone interview)...
