What are you looking for, for gaming or just default?
This PC is good but not that good for gaming on FullHD at max settings.
1. cpu is basic.
2. gpu R7 240 is minimum. This card is really more or less for basic use. 320 SP / 125 Mbit memory bandw.

But for movies, net and not HI gaming should be fine.

I want it for games and to run good with apps at general use.

I just want to know if this price is good or expensive for such features.

For $450 USD (and if you say you can spend $500 USD) than really, consider building it your self. Consider the premium he is charging you to have it built. You can get A LOT more PC for ~$500 if you order it your self. For example:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: ASRock H97M Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($75.66 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.91 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 270 2GB Double Dissipation Video Card ($160.99 @ Amazon)

If you can afford a little more than that (keep in mind this is pre-keyboard and mouse. Additionally, some rebates do have to be done on these quoted prices.)

If you need a little more budget let me know. But this is the best buck for you right now compared to what you're looking at.

I would buy parts, then make a custom computer, The building part itself is not that hard.
Are you a member of HF? Go into the computing section there, and post what you want your PC to do.
They make you a list of parts you have to order.

Any questions related to CPA belong here.
Before posting, make sure you are in the correct section.

I am temporarily absent due to family circumstances.
