i already made a niche and i dont know how to move forward.
im very interested on PPD/CPA, but i cant earn money for almost 3 months,.

It sounds to me like you haven't worked at all because in 3 months you should be able to earn at least a few dollars.
If you have created a website, what's stopping you from promoting it? There are tons of video sharing sites, web 2.0 properties, social sites... all for free!

First of all if you want to work with YouTube create a video about your niche and make a website of you want.
Then show in the video how it works and put a link to the download in your description.
Then you can boost it with addmefast or any other traffic site.

ahmm... im using blogger sir. and my niche are all fake . so i dont know if they will get an interested to download my files :'(

i dont have budget to advertise my site. sir, so i dont know if i can get traffic to my blogger.
