I am sure some of cpaelites members are working out. I want to know why you workout whats the main reason.

Let me tell my reason first,

I started going to the gym last year with the main reason to lose fats, rendering 2 hours every session 5 times a week gives me a good result.

From 85 kilograms now down to 62 kilograms which i believe first for me.

I want to know yours come on share :D

I go to the gym to put on muscle.
Finally on a steady diet and packing on the mass!

How long you've been working out?

I'm taking a rest right now and planning to go back next month to start bulking again

I have a mini gym in the house, and mainly use it to build muscle and keep healthy.

I joined the Gym because for my my age I was too skinny, I had put up some weight then, started building up but then I have a spinal problem cause of which now the Doctor has advised me not to do heavy lifting so I have now opted for swimming which at least will help me reduce my fat tummy that I've grown over the months. Cardio ftw! \m/ Grin

I was before going to gym just to be strong and powerfull, also i was training mma for year or two.

For around 4 years now but I didn't start a proper diet/regime until like 6 months ago, hah. I used to do a lot of running/swimming but now I go for lifting weights.

The true that I'm not going currectly now to the GYM due raining outside and horrible weather to go out of my house,so I'm just sitting on my pc and watching at TV..

I've been living next to a gym since my 5yo. Have been working out for 3 years now including diet. Currently at 98kg, 11%, 192cm.

Planning to finally achieve those 3 digits before march 2014! (currently bulking)
