This guy is rank 3 for one of the most supersaturated keywords and niches. And did it in a few hours, how is this possible? YouTube is bullshit.

Wow, that is impressive.
I am guessing his title had a lot to do with it along with probably tags/description?
And he probably had a fanpage built up so as soon as video was uploaded, he posted and got a lot of real clicks, so that looks like the video has a lot of buzz

His extra tags maybe?? How to kiss, black and yellow etc... majority of those keywords have a shot ton of monthly searches. Also I've seen if you boost a lot of like and subs then views to your video it will rank extremely well. Also note the video is HQ too.
