Sleep is for the weak. :D When I first started PPD. I did 48 hour days with no sleep. Coffee, energy drinks, cigarettes. Surprised my body didn't crash. I guess it was because I was hydrated well, and my diet was very good. :)

I thought so too when I first started, but it was just a matter of time before I would crash and not think clearly anymore. And guess what, to recover I had to take a week off!

I have found from my experience that it is best to take early nights and wake up early. If you do that consistently, you will find yourself awake early in the morning without using an alarm and best of all you will feel refreshed, alive and ready to work!

Of course, everybody's different so whatever works for you! :D
