Get more business from your Affiliates (networks)

Stumbled upon this article and it had some good points in it that I think many Networks get wrong:

Any thoughts? What does it take for a network to get YOUR business?

Networks with slow support, I don't work with them.

It seems although it doesn't require approval across the board, AWM support and approval for other things are pretty fast. It seems like they appoint dedicated staff to deal with tickets.

I haven't got time to wait 24-48 hours, I have a business to run.

Yeah, there is definitely no reason for a reply to take 48 hours when you have staff hired exclusively to handle account management. Even if the specific situation might take a week to solve, an immediate message from the AM to the pub with a status update is always better than nothing IMO.

I am personally connected through email and messenger on any device used, my affiliates get immediate replies even if that issue can not be solved immediately.

Great posts guys let's hear some more stuff. Other networks can definitely benefit off of the feedback I am sure.
