This isn't a paid survey guys, it's legit I just downloaded the ebook and the survey was just an opinion of what you think about certain elements of the next book etc. I haven't read the book yet, but it looks ok, good share from the OP I think.

Well, for lazy people it's good, but the author is giving away for free and legally his book, which is sold for $13, and all you need to do is complete a small survey, nothing else. People could do just that to thank him. After all, it's a very good book.

Sincerely
Rational.

Didn't read it yet, planning to. It's a very helpful book in order to succed, mostly centered to your state of mind. Found a synopsis on a forum:
Honestly this book is the most epic thing I've ever read. These ideas are so fundamentally helpful for SA'ers trying to understand their issues. The book is about emotions (in a practical physiological way, not a girly way) and human nature. You ever hear someone say all people are the same? Yet humans are so different. We differ massively in our beliefs, but this book spells out the things we all share in common.

Here are some major takeaways:
-Your emotional state is a key factor in how you experience your life. If you are in a positive state for several hours, you will interpret all the information you receive through your senses during that time in a positive way. You will form positive memories of those moments. You will make decisions and do things more confidently.
-You can consciously decide what emotional state to be in. Emotions dictate the way you behave, but your behavior also changes your emotions. They are neurologically linked. So if you jump up and down with your arms up in celebration, you're going to feel good.
-Questions are the key to focus. In any given moment, can force yourself to look for good things by asking mentally asking yourself questions like "what is something good about my life?" or "what is something I like about my body?". So if you jump up and down like a crazy person and keep asking yourself what you love about your life, you're going to be in a purely ecstatic state.
-Of course it's kind of hard to control your body and mind like this all the time. But you can develop your positive emotions. By regularly using them, and using them intensely enough, the neurological pathways will grow to accommodate the demand. Same principles as working out your muscles.
-Your strongest beliefs are the link between your emotional values and actions. No one likes pain. If you believe that your parents don't care about you and always screw you over, you will avoid them because you associate spending time with them as pain. But again, you can replace a belief. You can conscious choose a better story to believe in, and look for evidence that supports that story.
