Put your cursor on an engine and look at the little popup

you will need to uncheck them manually.
but the funny things is on some engines it says "dofollow link: sometimes"

that's the simple way to do it imo, there's few blog comment engine so it take only 2 min to do that.

You don't have to all this. Just press right click in the engines and you'll get this menu:
http://gyazo.com/8102905ef7bdebc5183883da6f99f19e

Then simply click 'Uncheck Engines with No-follow Links'. Then it will ask you if you want to uncheck engines which sometimes create dofollow and nofollow links, that's up to you.

It will uncheck all nofollow for all engines, i think he only want to uncheck nofollow for blog comments engine, if i understand him right.

So, if I understood correctly, you want to post on 'General Blogs' category websites. However, that category contains several blog engines inside it, some of which create nofollow links and you want to disable them. If so, I don't think this is possible. At least not from the software itself, there's no setting to do that. Maybe if you ask Sven on GSA forums, he could guide you to do this through editing some of the files, but I can't say for sure if that's possible.
