So I got a spam flag on my website... or to be more accurate - both of my sites!!

I'm currently working on more websites for new niches, any recommendations on how to avoid those flags?
What can I do with those domains that got the flag?

Thank you.

Better on-page content if this is a "Site spam" flag. If its a link-spam flag (And you'll know if it is, wink wink, nudge nudge...) then your best bet is to

1. Grab a sexy, related, expired domain with some good links and move the site there
2. 301 the old site
