Fileice support fail

Me + my 3 friends register to fileice on 20.8. and still no answer. Send email to support on 23.8. and still no answer... How many days should we wait for answer?

That's strange, you should have already got a response by now.
By the way, I saw Fileice's admin posting on this very same forum, so you may want to contact him here.

Fileice is a very dodgy company. They have the worst support of any company out there. Be careful when dealing with them.

Your comment is invalid, Some tickets take some longer to get answered.
But fileice is NOT a dodgy company. I have been using them since i started and they're the best PPD imo.

You make me laugh. You're sending emails instead of support tickets via your FileIce dashboard account.

I'm the one who does support on FileIce. Tickets get answered under 24 hours. 80% of them time, 1-5 hours since the ticket is submitted. I'm usually active on the support page 10 hours a day at most.

If your ticket was marked for a higher staff member, it can take longer for a reply. Otherwise, you make me lol.

As far as the people say that we're low quality and dodgy. Again, your argument is invalid.

Fileice rocks. Isky is the best support guy i ever saw. Maybe their aplication manager is out of town.
