They are allowed, but once facebook manually check you landing page, they will ban your account, this is why marketers recommended to use cloackers.

Using a cpagrip url locker on facebook ads is pretty much begging for a ban. And it will happen pretty damn quick.

I have tried a BH niche, content locked and i did not get banned, it stays there for a week but it did not get banned, but it is not converting so i have removed it, so maybe you can use a content locker for your LP and not a url locker
