FB Ads - no results?

I just got back into Facebook ads yesterday and I posted 2 ads so far.

None of them have received any post engagements or results.

I'm kind of confused why it's not working. I'ts been a day since both of them have been live. And I gotten 2 notifications from Facebook saying they approved them. The first time I post the ad, it's automatically approved and 12 hours later I get another notification saying they approved it but no results yet.

has anyone dealt with this before? i'm just waiting for them to put my ads out. i'm hoping something happens soon

Is this a new account? If yes, sometimes it takes a awhile, both ads need to be manually approved by facebook staff

I ran ads on this account 5-6 months ago. I don't consider it new since I ran BH ads on it a couple months ago so it's definitely aged.

I just paid the bill that I owed from then 2 days ago as well so everything should be on the up side but my ads are not running but they were approved and active. not sure what's going on .

Hopefully it's about the bill. I'm going to subscribe, to see any later updates.

It's not just you, I see plenty of people recently complaining about the ads not reaching a single person. I guess it's just a bug. Mine work well, though.

Your ad is not approved, OR your bid must be low So make sure the bid is set to automatic.

Exactly 2 reasons are possible here.
1. You have the Target audience settings set up incorrectly.
2. You didn't bid much enough.
Don't be shy to temporarily push the bid high too see some results. Make a few more campaigns with different targeting settings to split-test. Eventually you'll see the results :)

target audiance and new acc mostly dont give good cpc ... do run more days ur ads and try to target ur niche and country

how much audience reached? if 0 fb may take more time to approve ur acc manually

I don't know if this was the problem but I was doing post engagement and trying to get charged by each post engagement instead of per impression and they said that was only possible if I was bidding but I never put a bid because they automatically have it set as high as $2.40 per post engagement which isn't worth it so I created a new ad and made it charge me per impression (which I don't personally like) but I'll see how it goes. They already approved that new ad so I hope this one works.

I hate the new Facebook business manager update though. It's too technical (hard to work with) in my opinion. But if that doesn't get me decent results, I'm gonna have to try with bidding $2 per engagement which is super high (getting charged per post engagement rather than impression) however hopefully they automatically lower the bid amount if the ad goes well.
