[Downtime Explained]

Sorry about the downtime Elites, I have been working on the fix and here is what I was told:
Quote:We've identified that the problem is hardware related. At this time the cause is narrowed down to either a bad fiber cable or port. Further testing is ongoing now to identify which, and to get the necessary replacements done.

It's fixed up (currently) so we should be good now.
