Does more Likes lower the cost of Facebook Ads CPM?

Hey Elites,

I'm not experienced in FB, but just finished the course Lazy Autopilot Profits by Donald. He showed how to turn REAL likes in to converted sales in CPA on FB. Likes turn into fans, and the fans come to a CPA post. The stats were incredible at 92%+ CTR, and had hundreds of likes in few hours. A campaign can run 24 hours and get around 3,000 likes. It started at $0.30 CPM and he spent $30/day on likes, but I don't know how long it took to get to $0.01 CPM. With this scenario, and other than a fanpage, is this all it takes to drop the ad price quickly? What is your critique on this?

On the other hand, Franklin's technique takes 4~6 days to get to $0.01 CPM, and requires $106 towards the 4th day of campaign, while the first 3 days of CPM is normally high in the .20 and .60 range. It consists of something called PPE (Pay Per Engagement) and Cost Per Conversion on the FB marketing platform, starting with 4 test ads in one campaign.

This is the model

First 3 days is expensive until day 4 to 6.

Here is the video on that

Is Donald's scenario more cost-effective?

Also I plan to launch a Shopify campaign. I also see that CPA could be incorporated in my fanpage, perhaps one at a time or both at the same time, since they're in the same niche. However, they both would be entirely different campaigns under one account. I understand that duplicated ads remain at the same $0.01 CPM rate, but what about 2 different campaigns under the same account? Will the other campaign remain at $0.01 too?
