Does having PVA YouTube accounts really make a difference?

Does it really make a difference whether your account is phone verified or not?

I mean... if your video is breaking YouTube's TOS then YouTube has the right to disable your account either way and it shouldn't matter whether it's phone verified or not...

Personally, I don't think being PVA vs. Non-PVA makes a difference and it's silly how people think otherwise.

What do you guy think?

Youtube will disable the account either it is PVA or non PVA if the video is breaking it's TOS. But non PVA may get disabled without any content violation.

I'm not really sure if it matters(although a lot of people on here say it lasts longer). I always phone verify so I can post an annotation link back to website. This massively helps increase the conversion.

Yea it does. Look at this picture below:

Custom thumbnails are a MUST when making niche videos, it will allow your video to stand out from the rest when ranked.
External annotations can help with conversion, instead of having to click a link in the description they can just click on the video.
Live events are used often for movie niches. Search around in YouTube search results a little and you will see what I mean.

You can only do these things with a phone verified account. So is it worth it? I think so.

The only difference is the extra features...otherwise it makes no difference at all. Videos don't stay up longer because its pva...

the only downside is that you wasted that acc if it gets banned. pva acc aint cheap to be thrown around a niche that gets flagged all the time, imo.
