Does Google Blacklist the Domain or also blacklist its content?

Hey guys, my domains got blacklisted and no longer appear on Google. If I make a new site, exact duplicate with the same content with a new domain. Will Google blacklist it also quickly or does it not matter?

No, but if you copy old website content than it will be counted as duplicate content.

Second site can rank but will die fast :) - thats my own experience. Once 1 of my dumped domains was alive 9 months and pulled some $$$.
Now they don't rank at all.
Stupid g00gle.

Try it and see - Make a new site with duplicate content, and another with modified content and see what happens.

Personally I believe the site with dupe content will die fast, as it would be too easy for the banned domain to be duplicated.

Not recommended. If you got a penalty for thin content or something along those lines, you will get the same penalty because you are using the same thing. Just rewrite it if you can, switch some words, add one more paragraph and proceed.

So I can use the same HTML Theme, but I need to change the worded content?

You shouldn't have a problem with the theme, but with the content. Google can't ban you because of the theme. Do you know what penalty you got? I usually add my site to WMT after a penalty to see what I got. If you got thin content/spam or whatever around the content, don't use it. If you got link penalty then you can try. What you can try is make 2 new websites. On one use the same content and for the other write new. But whatever the penalty, I wouldn't risk it by using the same content. Writing a new 500 words shouldn't be that hard. After my website gets hit, but it was profitable, I make a new website, write new content and go from there.
