Do You Need a Tier 2 For Churn and Burn?

I have been trying some churn and burn recently, and I was wondering if I should be using a second tier for more power, or just keep blasting directly to the site. This is mostly for Blogger's and the links are being indexed using Instantlinkindexer, so indexing isn't a problem. Give me your opinions.

I wouldn't bother with Tier 2, just try to build as many Tier 1 as possible as fast as possible since your links are getting indexed. ;)

hahaha! :) I don't agree on the first reply by Night_Wolf, if you already mastered "Tier Link Building", you won't say as fast as possible, you should say as GOOD as possible.

Always remember that Tier 1 must always be the most QUALITY Tier among them all! :) Just keep that in mind :) So I guess you should be like choosing platforms that google already trust and choose a PR above 3 or 4 would do :)

Goodluck!

Kind Regards,
CapsLuck

Yeah true, but he is asking mainly for churn n burn which implies that anything goes, is short term. I mean you can do Tier 2 for this but you are just wasting links that can be built onto your site.
Most people ignore Tier 2 for churn n burn, is not without the reason.

Churn n burn is for throwaway websites, so is expected that you will lose it in recent future and just build another one same day.
