Direct youtube link vs website...

I was thinking a little about this.
Whats the difference of completing a survey on youtube directly or making a website and puting link there.
If video is HQ whats the point of making a website?
I mean u have to do it either way in order to get what you want.

Users are used to being scammed / ripped off from links in yt videos. They either think they're surveys or viruses. If you provide the user a website, usually blogger will suffice they will be more accepting to click on that download link and actually complete the offer. Its just a simple strategy that will help increase the conversion rate of your downloads.
