I have tryed using hosting24 payed 178$ for a domain and everything all was good until a hour later my domain got suspended even tho it had nothing on it.

I have issued a refund i deliberately said can you refund it to my new paypal cause my other paypal got hacked.

Now they are argueing with me and saying they dont owe me nothing.

If i were you never use this host as it is real bad.

Even tho i waited 60 hours + for a reply on one of my tickets.

I will update this post every hour.

Don't buy hosting for up to a year next time. I just do it in months and keep paying the invoice just prior to it expiring.

Im never going to make a site again with this host they shouldnt be a business if they are going to treat users like this

You were treated appropriately when they handled the refund, and most likely when they suspended the account as well (but I don't know the details, so can't say for sure).

Anyways, when refunds are issued by pretty much ANY company, they use the refund button. I don't see why you would expect them to do two transactions for the same user (Receive, then re-send), because that simply leaves them vulnerable to fraud. I myself would never issue a refund to a different PayPal for the same reason.

No i wasent that was the information that i could only get hold of in the past hour i had various chats with them they were rude they were trying to get me to buy there service again

You were treated appropriately. It's not my opinion, it's a fact. As for rudeness, you have to remember that these people are employees. If you aren't patient and cooperative, they'll handle the situation slower (reality Embarrassed).

Anyways, this might've gone better if you acted better. You could've simply contacted someone who had the power to resolve your issue (via phone call), explain your situation, then see if they are willing to help you (because at that point, they had handled everything appropriately and legally, so helping you would just be a very kind favor).

Alright, since you poorly structured your thread, I'll try to re-construct the situation (and would appreciate it if you could correct me or verify that it's correctly laid out).

1) You purchase a domain (w/hosting).
2) You get suspended (for high cpu usage?).
3) You request to get unsuspended (and you get unsuspended).
4) You request a refund (for whatever reason).
5) You ask them to send the refund money to a different PayPal (because your current PayPal got "hacked" -- even though if that was the case, you should be trying to recover it).
6) They refund the payment (like they should've).
7) You freak out because they refunded it to the "hacked" PayPal instead of your new PayPal.
8) You argue with support on the issue.

If I am correct, then what they did is perfectly fine.
