I am starting from scratch. Want to build internet companies. Unfortunately I couldn't go to collage. I am self learning.
How much time it takes to learn and start building stuffs with any programming language. I know what programming language does what. I want to know how to master them, how long it will take to master?
Where can I find projects to challenge myself?
Be YOU.

Yeah, codeacademy is helping me a lot. I am spending 2hours daily, right now in php. First I am considering finishing Head First PHP and MySQL ebook then going for codeAcademy.

The best and most interesting way for me was to actually start developing small projects I've always wanted to execute, and then gradually move on to the bigger ones. You'll master programming pretty quickly, especially if you make long hours a day dedicated to it.
Code: <?php $_GET['money']; ?>

Programming is a lot more interesting to learn if you have a goal in mind. Learn the very basics and then choose a simple project to work on. You will learn a lot along the way and it won't feel like you're studying. Wow! subscribed to that thread man. Great. thank you, I wanted something like that
