Choosing a niche; how did you do it?

For the last couple weeks I've been studying CPA, and traffic methods, but one of the hardest things I've come by is choosing a niche. I have searched on multiple forums and it seems like no one has really made a thread explaining how they chose or found their niche. At least from what I can find.
Would one of you veterans like to explain how you started to find your niche(s)?

Choosing a niche can be tricky. Hot niche may not convert well and non-Hot niche may perform well. Just try and error.

I try every niche out there, you can't know which one works well unless you try it by yourself

Niche is kind of like a stock market,you never know which one will succeed or which one will fail until you try,or study too much.
