Yup anything can be hack if you do not use a good script with better script, SSL protection only eecode the data, but even this encoded data can be decoded easily.

Yes it can be hacked if you don't secure well. Https is just a method encoding your data transferring the internet environment.

HTTPS sites contents/data is encoded, but if the website is vulnerable than it can be hacked.

HTTPS and website hacking vulnerability is different, if the script and server is secured it can't be hacked easily. But SSL Certificates has no relation with hacking!

HTTPS websites data and traffic is encrypted, So it prevent hackers to read the data, through there is some ways to decrypt the data.

I think they can be hacked because nothing is secured online, but HTTPS websites provide security in encrypting data.
