Exactly this question gets answered by mostly every CPA Network FAQ/Guide. :-)

Most networks using Javascript (onload, onclick) instead of IFrame. So just create a button:

Code:
<input type="button" onclick="Function(); return false;" value="Button" />
Code:
<button onclick="Function(); return false;">Button</button>
Code:
<a href="#" onclick="Function(); return false;">Button</a>

And "Function();" will be your CPA Function to call the locker with a click.

Thanks for the response, so i need to write the codes in my blogger website, and then the link of the survey between the () of function right?

Nope. You need to replace "Function();" with the Function of your Network. On CPAGrip its (for example) "call_locker();". So it would look like this on CPAGrip:

Code:
<button onclick="call_locker(); return false;">Button</button>
