Hello!

My name is Justin and i'm starting with cpa soon.

Now my question is how i can make a download button that links to the survey?

Exactly this question gets answered by mostly every CPA Network FAQ/Guide. :-)

Most networks using Javascript (onload, onclick) instead of IFrame. So just create a button:

Code:
<input type="button" onclick="Function(); return false;" value="Button" />
Code:
<button onclick="Function(); return false;">Button</button>
Code:
<a href="#" onclick="Function(); return false;">Button</a>

And "Function();" will be your CPA Function to call the locker with a click.

Nope. You need to replace "Function();" with the Function of your Network. On CPAGrip its (for example) "call_locker();". So it would look like this on CPAGrip:
