I'm having trouble adding funds in namecheap via bitpay. I have wallet in blockchain.info . I contacted the support but it was of no use. Cry I know this is not appropriate forum but I had no other place to ask. So, could someone help me regarding this?

Thanks.

It would be better if you could post what error you are exactly getting when trying to making the purchase. People could actually help you if you can post the error and a few snaps if possible.

Pretty sure that you need a bitcoin wallet (software). Blockchain won't help here. Download a .exe wallet for bitcoin and this should work :)

I know. But I have noticed that they can't process payments through blockchain. However, using a .exe client solved the issue ASAP. That's why I suggested it.

Downloaded it and the software's downloading transaction history. Seems like it's gonna take some time. :P

Unfortunately, it will take quite a LOT OF time to make the history up to date. But once set up, it will be smooth Cool
