I don't think there's any "best time" to workout, it all depends on what feels right for your schedule and lifestyle.

I'm sure there are pros and cons no matter what time you are working out.

For example if you go to the gym in the morning you may have more energy and it will boost your energy for the rest of the day as well, but the gym may be a lot busier then if you went at night.

All personal preference in my opinion.
