Best time for exercise

My friends said that evening is the best time for exercise. Is it correct? What is the best time for exercise?

I think early morning exercise is good, most people do exercise in the morning. I'm lazy to wake up in the morning.

Any ideas, what would be best?

This is so individual. You should connect it with your lifestyle.
As we all are unique/different, you should find/optimize that for yourself.

Morning or evening, won't make differences with your progress or make any inner/out body parts look/work better.
The only thing that matters is to make it static. If you choose to train at 7pm, do always like that, due to muscle recovery process.

The best time to do exercise is morning.
It's hard to start but then you will be used to it.

Any exercise is good exercise. One reason that people recommend morning exercise is because they say that there isn't any food in your stomach therefore when you exercise you are burning fat that your body has stored.
