First of all you should ask these questions on some bodybuilding forum, no CPA forum. But some facts:

- Gainers are crap, they usually have about 80% sugars and 20% proteins, they are great if you looking to gain fat. They look attractive, because they are in 5kg+ packages, and price is usually same as Whey protein in 2,3 kg package. Classic beginner's mistake.

- When you buying Whey, just look for high percentage of protein, 80%+ are good.

- Whey is for after-workout only, not for meal replacment. If you looking for meal replacment buy some protein blend (mix of whey, casein, egg protein etc).

- Your main daily protein entry should be from food, supplements are only help.

- Creatine is not for building muscles, he has different role, he is only to give you 1-2 reps more, but you need to feed muscles with protein.

Exactly this. There is no "best" protein, go with any of the top rated ones on Amazon. What you want to focus on is quality of meals and intensity in the gym. /close

Protein shakes are good but most of them are the same. I use myprotein impact whey.

Gold standard whey is my favorite, you may try it.

Apart from shakes don't forget to eat eggs, chicken and other high protein foods.

To build muscle you need 1g/lb of bodyweight. Get it from food if you can much better than supplements.
