Best URL for SEO (Question)

Hey guys,

In this days I'm starting to create some seo projetcts to rank few niches in the next months.

I'm wondering which URL will work a little bit better in SEO, I decided to rank my niches using Multi-Niche website to max the power, Here are the options:
1. MainKeyword.Domain.com
2. Domain.com/MainKeyword
3. Domain.com (for single niche website)

What will rank a little bit easier in google? I'll use strong seo strategies for all of them, I know It's not what SEO is all about but each one of them has probably different benefits.

In my option, Domain.com/MainKeyword 'cause of MainKeyword.Domain.com will reast the power of the domain, somethings like this but I'm not sure about it, Thank you very much.

I would go for yourdomain.com/niche . And yes, google treats subdomains as a different website . Using the one i suggested you , youll benefit from the domain authority.

sitatuion #1:

Let's say you're trying to rank 2 huge keywords (different niches, same Category)
You can open 2 website with 2 different domains and make strong seo, after 3 months you'll rank X on google.

sitatuion #2:
You open 1 seo optimized website, you create 2 pages for each keyword, You'll make the same seo value, after 3 months again, When more likely the X will be higher? (X=Google Position)

Make inner pages and rank those, don't use subdomains.

Make a category for each different niche and tag cloud for your site since it's multi-niche. Also interlink the pages like in a post for example be like "to see newest ps4 games click here" but make 'newest ps4 games' the hyperlink linking to your ps4 games page. Google loves that.
