Are You Weight Training?

As part of my new years resolution I'm going to lose weight, workout as well and pack on the muscles again, I was working out not that long ago and got pretty big. Is anyone else here working out and exercising. I would normally focus on the arms but I'm keen on getting my chest bigger too.

Yeah.
I'm in this "business" for a long time.
If anybody need any help,you can contact via PM or here(May take long to answer,but i will).
It would be nice to have a Official Thread,or something like that.


Don't skip legs.

As a old Bodybuilder said : "Train legs for bigger arms" hehe

Worth doing something even if it's only half an hour a day. Makes you feel good at the end of it

Thread would be great actually, some type of guide wit pictures would be even better. I'll have access to machines and free weights etc...

Agreed, the problem is it's really cold now for going out to walk. When we have move (2-3 weeks) I'll be able to ride up to the gym it's around 5-10 mins away from the new house.

I do cardio as soon as i open my eyes in the morning, then sit on here for a few hours and then go back to do weights :)

Aiming to get bigger and more toned, got light back and bi's today

If i miss a day when ill or something i feel terrible!

I plan on stuffing my face throughout Xmas, then I'll trim up and get myself big again on the weights.
