I started to diet about 4 months ago now, lost a few pounds and have been exercising as well. Had some personal issues to deal with along the way but want to lose a few more pounds for my wedding.

I was thinking of shedding a few lbs, but whenever I try to get motivated about eating healthier it seems so boring.
If I could jazz up boring food then I would eat more of it haha

I eat healthy enough, but my problem is lack of exercise. I started doing the Insanity DVD workouts last week. These should help me lose 10 pounds and gain muscles in my legs! I have been quite sore after doing these.

Eat lots of hard boiled eggs, veggies, fruits and fish!

I'm really too lazy, I only love to do swimming. Now I've stopped for exams, and I probably come back doing it soon or late

I'm dieting at the moment, doing a low carb diet and losing 4 kg (8.8 pounds) each month. So far I've lost 16kg (35.2 pounds) over the last 4 months and I've got 2 to 3 months to go. Basically my diet is the following

Each day

5am - 4 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon

11am - Half plate of vegetables and 5 90%+ meat sausages, have wild salmon instead of the sausages 3 times a week

4pm - bowl of mixed vegetables and up to 3 eggs or 3 pieces of bacon

Drinks - Water or M&S diet drinks

I do that and a light free weight workout 3 times a week. Once you get past the first week and empty your house of other foods then this diet becomes easy.

I am on a bro foods diet on weekdays, binge on weekends. I have eating disorder but do not gain weight. I am going to the gym 3 times a week.
