Just curious if anybody lifts here?

Could be interesting to see what you can push and pull. I can do...

Bench: 185 lbs
Squat: 250 lbs
Deadlift: 290 lbs
Overheadpress: 130 lbs

I've been lifting for nearly two years but I got a pretty bad lower back injury so I had to stop for 2 months.

(all 1RM)
Bench : 220 lbs
Squat : 275 lbs
Deadlift : 330 lbs

@180 lbs

Those were at my peak form(I was more focused on Powerlifting)
Now I'm just looking for a good pump and a nice physic :)

I've been on SL for 2 months now. Those are all 5x5. My 1RM would be higher but i don't really care about my max haha. I stopped caring about strength... I'm more into getting a better physique and looking good. I weight 170 lbs.

Bench : 275 lb bench (3 reps)
Squat : 225 lb squat (10 reps, dont max. + I'm boney and it hurts (not a pussy) )
Deadlift : 455 (3 reps) I love deadlifting :)
Weighing in at around 165-170 lbs

I would be even less. I tried lifting for about a month and then gave in because i had no time to sort through the body pain.

But it did give me excellent results though. Looking forward to lifting again.

I'm soon to invest into a summer house for the garden, I'll be turning it into a gym and stuff, I want to get back into lifting. I have a weights bench and stuff so really looking forward to it.
