A kind of newbie question

Does anyone know how many posts I need before I can send private messages or reply to them?
According to the upgrade page it says I should have 50 but I still can't reply to PMs
Is there a waiting period or something?

Probably they need some time to approve you,I'm not sure.

Maybe they upped the quota, I might have to try that out haha
