I am wondering what to choose, the 15 inches is more expensive than 13 inch laptop, i am going to use it for web design and web browsing mainly, it doesn't need to be ultra fast. Can you help me choose here based on your own experience. I saw Dell XPS laptops, they are 4k and seems really nice. But not question is 15 or 13 inch, 15 is a lot more expensive.

What is your budget? And why you are going for only screen? Don't you wanna know what's in there in terms of Specifications.. ! Go for 15 if specifications are better than 13" and reasonalable in price.

Well if you are going to use it for webdesigning i would go with a fast one and 15 inch MINIMAL.
I've got the Lenovo Y500 and added a ssd myself.
It's a gaming laptop, however i use it for school running Photoshop and Multiple Virtual machines in Vmware.

Just look on some websites, then pick a appealing laptop and check some reviews.

I would say go for the 15" one because lets face it its not going to hurt having it a bit bigger.
I have a 13" and if I could make it 15" it would be perfect tbh.
